Wisconsin Downtown Action Council (WDAC) held the 2024 Downtown Summit Evolve Downtown on May 20th and 21st* in Wausau’s beautiful River District.
The summit is a “hands-on” approach to conferencing including out and about tours, panels, Keynote, general and breakout sessions. Of course, plenty of time for networking was included as well. Thanks to our major sponsor AARP Wisconsin, we were thrilled to host our Keynote Speaker Jeff Siegler, founder of Revitalize or Die.
This year’s summit content spotlighted downtown development and evolution strategies and was attended by professionals from around the state interested in supporting downtowns including non-profit organizations, Main Street Associations, municipalities, and public health organizations.
