Summer in WI!
Summer in Wisconsin is welcome every year, but it seems it is being looked forward to even more this year! The good news is that Downtowns around the state are proceeding with most, if not all of their traditional events, especially those that take place outdoors. That means Parades, Concerts, Farm Markets, Art Strolls, Marathons and more are all on the calendar.
Downtown Managers are working with local authorities as well as following state, national and CDC health guidelines. Individual communities and events have different policies regarding masks, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, but these are publicized on-line and with signage at events. Also note some of the events are also being used as an opportunity to provide additional COVID vaccination sites.
