Why should I attend the 2025 WDAC Downtown Summit?
I was recently asked this question and my answer was immediate and heartfelt:
I look forward to this event every year, because of the different “tracks” it has to offer. With convenient start and end times, I am able to manage the time to get away from my busy schedule. The Out & About tours of the host destination on Day 1, give the host an opportunity to show off some of their newer revitalization efforts and provide me (and all the participants) a bird’s eye view of the destination, not to mention, ideas to bring back to my community. The Opening Night reception is a great way to meet new downtown professionals and catch up with my colleagues while enjoying the host’s choice of places to gather. The conference is always full of meaningful ideas that I can try and I love learning about other communities’ successes. The WDAC Downtown Summit is affordable and I bet you will find several valuable take-aways.
