Tim Anderson is a former principal and founding owner of Schreiber Anderson Associates, a Madison-based planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering firm established in 1984. Tim has over 40 years of community planning and design experience. His professional career has focused on downtown and neighborhood master plans; urban infill and redevelopment projects; architectural design guidelines; waterfront, streetscape and public space designs; and historic preservation. Tim has particular expertise in facilitating meaningful public input throughout the planning process. Tim currently serves as an urban planning consultant to Redevelopment Resources, a multi-disciplinary firm that provides development and redevelopment solutions to municipalities, businesses and organizations which enhance the vitality of the community and improve the local economy. Tim has served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Downtown Action Council for twenty years and currently chairs their Strategic Alliances Committee. Tim created and chairs the Madison Design Professionals Workgroup, a volunteer collaboration of architects, landscape architects and urban planners who have provided design and planning input on important civic projects in Madison since 2008.
