Brian is the Community Development Specialist for La Crosse County, which allows him to work on a wide variety of development projects in a variety of communities. Recognizing the importance of the downtown area to the quality of life of a community, Brian has a particular interest in assisting with downtown development and revitalization. Brian has a BS in Consumer Affairs and an MS in Business – Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has professional experience as a residential property manager, a commercial real estate appraiser, and a city planner.
